Aug 7 2018 - At the monthly Board of Directors meeting Chief Silva and Rescue Chief Shrewsbury presented Alex Kayser with is white helmet and his promotion to the rank of EMS Lieutenant. Alex joined us in Oct 2014 as a new recruit and since then has become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B), a released ambulance driver/operator and a Lead Care Provider. Lt. Rain this Past Weekend Impacted Nokesville

The Volunteer Firefighters and EMTs on-duty this past Saturday responded to a number of calls with the wicked weather that moved through Northern Virginia. Crews from our Fire Station 5 responded to numerous calls for help with flooded roads all around Nokesville. Volunteer Firefighters Graduate

July 11 2018 - We are proud to announce that Volunteer Recruit Class #18254 graduated from the Prince William County Fire Academy. After 7 months and over 450 hours of intense training these recruit are no longer "Recruits" they are certified Firefighters. Nokesville, VA - On June 29th at 1:04am Company 5 units were dispatched to a reported pedestrian struck on Route 28 north of Nokesville in the area where route 28 is being widen. Dispatched informed units that callers were requesting an ambulance immediately.

2018 Battalion 1 Training

On a beautiful sunny day our firefighters along with firefighters from Stonewall Jackson VFD spent the day doing Live Burn Training at the Public Safety Training Academy located in Nokesville VA.

Firefighters arrived at 7am in the morning and attending a safety briefing and gear inspection prior to the first evolution of a total of 4 evolutions throughout the day.
